Introduction: It is a kind of carbon steel electrode with iron powder titania type coating. The deposition efficiency is approximately 180%. AC/DC. All-position welding. It has excellent welding performance, stable arc, fewer spatters, good slag detachability and beautiful appearance of weld.
Uses: Used for welding carbon steel and low-alloy structures, such as welding on ships, vehicles and machinery structures of 16Mn type.
Packaging Detail:
1) Inner packaging: 2.5/5kg for a carton box or a corrugated package + PE/PVC bag
2) outer packaging: 20kg(5kg*4 or 2.5kg*8) for a shrink-wrapped cardboard box with LDPE film one or two tons are packed together with a wood pallet in a plastic package if customers need
3) or we can package the products as customers' demand.

Instructions:
1. The stains on the weldments, such as rust, oil stains, moisture, etc., must be cleared away before welding.
