Milk White Solid Laminated Glass made by
tempering and laminating two pieces of glass with translucet PVB film(35%,50%,15% etc light transmitance),it looks beautiful and private.
It is is a type of safety glass that holds its structure together when shattered. In the event of breaking, it is held in place
by an interlayer, typically of Polyvinyl butyral (PVB), between its two or more layers of glass. The interlayer keeps the layers of glass
bonded even when broken, and its high strength prevents the glass from breaking up into large sharp pieces.
Laminated glass is normally used when there is a possibility of human impact or where the glass could fall if shattered. Skylight
glazing and automobile windshields typically use laminated glass. Laminated glass is often used in exterior storefronts, curtain
walls and windows. The PVB interlayer also gives the glass a much higher sound insulation rating, due to the damping effect, and
also blocks 99% of transmitted UV light*.

Annealed
We supply cut sized laminate from stock in various thicknesses ranging between 6.4 - 21.52mm. Additionally our in house
Laminating line can produce combinations of two or more layers of glass laminated together to total up to a thickness of 40mm.
Architects and Specifiers have a vast choice in the way glass and PVB that can be constructed to achieve the specification required.
Combinations of clear or tinted glass, coloured or decorative PVB, Solid or opal effects can also be achieved. Solar control or Low
emissivity glasses can also be incorporated.

Toughened and Heat Strengthened
We are a major manufacturer of Toughened and Heat Strengthened Glass therefore we can combine these products to
complement the range of laminated glass we can offer.
Toughened 4mm - 19mm or Heat Strengthened 4mm - 12mm in thickness, Clear and tinted, Acid finish, Sandblasted or Silk
Screened to RAL colours of solid or decorative design.
Edge finish CNC profiling, polishing, drilling, and notching can also be incorporated into the lamination construction.
