Production Flow:
Processing of Substrate:
Put a certain amount of mineral wool in the vessel and mix it with water, so as to have wool and slag balls separated. Slag balls sink to the bottom, remove the mineral wool, wash it again, dry it and weigh it. Sometimes, mineral wool is also used after being broken up mineral wool granules by a granulator. Mix glue, waterproof agent and other additives into syrup according to certain ratio; Conduct modeling on fourdrinier wire fetching machine; Slurries are extruded into blanks with a certain thickness after filtration of water and water absorption in vacuum and then dried after cutting; That is the mineral wool substrates.
Decoration Processing:
1. Blind Hole Processing: Roll the semi-finished products and form transparent holes of different shapes to enhance sound-absorbing effect; Then conduct edge finishing, coloring, and drying, finished products will be made.
2. Groove-shaped Plate Processing: Process grooves vertically and horizontally with special milling machines on the blind-hole plates, or round slots, then color and dry them, groove-shaped plates are produced.
3. Printing Type of Plate Processing: Coat prepared coating on the semi-finished products through templates on the printing machine, print all kinds of pattern designs; Spread fine sand on the patterns and dry them.
4. Relief Plate Processing: After coloring the semi-finished products, press all kinds of patterns with a press loaded with relief plates, then cut them and make tenon. Relief plates are made by professional factories and need high processing costs.
Process Flow:
Loosen mineral wool, mill paper and pulping, stir mixed materials, put into the constant-place slot, place slurry and net, molding, dry in the chamber, cut the plate (saw the 2.4m into 1.2m), spread putty, dry, spray, emboss, cut (600 mm X 600 mm), spread gum, pack and store them in the warehouse. Mineral wool plates produced take high-quality granular wool as the main raw material, contain no harmful ingredients and are a kind of safe and environmentally friendly building material.
