Q1: What certificate do we have?
A1: We have certificate issued both from Chinese and oversea test institutes like China GB standard, MSDS, CE and FDA.
Q2: What's your production capacity and delivery lead time?
A2: We can produce 10k liter per day and can start deliver the goods from the 7th day after payment is received. If you need customized packaging, we have to make new document and declare it to the Customs. Lead time can be 1 week more.
Q3: Can you offer on term of CIF or DDP by air or express, including sea freight or air freight or express courier cost?
A3: Yes, we can. But we also recommend you to contact your shipping agent to check the cost and arrange for delivery. Currently shipping cost is high and delivery is much slower than normal period.
Q4: Can you export masks successfully?
A4: Yes, we have been exporting hand sanitizer since February with all necessary document and certification for the Customs.
Q5: Can you offer more competitive price?
A5: We always consider quality first to make hand sanitizer against virus. Our product can kill 99.9% virus and bacteria. Meanwhile, we guarantee delivery date as we promise. The sooner you receive the goods the faster you can sell the product and help others.
Q6: What is your payment term?
A6: Payment term is 50% as deposit and balance before delivery. As delivery lead time is short normally (1-2 weeks), it will be preferred to settle full payment to avoid late delivery.
Q7: Can you make all documents like invoice, packing list, airway bill with same name as shown in CE or FDA certificate?
A7: Sorry, we cannot. Because we are distributor and exporter of the hand sanitizer. We must clear the Customs in China with our company name instead of manufacturers' name. On packaging boxes/tubes, manufacturers' name is shown.
Q8: Can I customize packaging?
A8: We recommend our standard product and packaging. But we can help to make customized labeling on packaging when order quantity is over 10k liter, with additional cost of usd800 for every 10k liter. It takes 1-2 weeks more to make customized labeling and to declare it at the Customs.
