1.Pre-milling system
Pre-milling,1.1kw high frequency motor, pre-cutter Φ80*25*H35 diamond
pre-milling cutter. Optional: H65mm cutter.
2.Gluing system
Glue box is coated with Teflon,heating tubes,0.37kw gluning motor.
3. Pressure system
2 small cone wheels and 1 bigger straight wheel.
4.End trim system

5.Fine trim system

6.Flat scrapping system
Sharp flat scraper, together with edging wheels equipped with eccentric spindles, Removes residual glue
left on panel caused by squeeze-out.
7.Buffing system
Two independent motor with buffing wheels is used for cleaning and buffing after edging. Simple design,
very easy to operate.

Friendly operation interface, split second response to the request very quickly.
