Q: Can i order samples? Are they free of charge ?
A: Yes, we focus on wholesale business but we do sample orders for certain customers. Sample fees are needed and we will deduct the sample fee from your formal mass production order in future.

Q: What is the lead time?
A: It depends on the order quantities. For non-container order, we can delivery in 20-30days. For container order, the lead time usually around 45 days after received the deposit.

Q: What is the payment terms?
A: Our payment terms is usually 30% deposit and 70% after copy B/L by T/T or L/C. Trade assurance is available too.
