1. Q: Are you a factory or trading company?
A:We are a famous original furniture company in China, we have our own factory.
2. Q: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A:Our factory located in Anji county , Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province in China. It takes about 3 hours from shanghai to our factory by car.
3. Q: Can I order samples? Are you free for samples?
A: Yes, we offer sample, but it is not for free. You also can pay the sample cost first,we will pay you back when you make the bulk order later.
4. Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A:Quality is priority. Each production process must be checked by our QC team.
5. Q: What is your after-sale service?
A: we offer guarantee on our product. If there is quality problem on our side, we’ll compensate.
6. Q: What’s your delivery time?
A: 25 days after receiving deposit.
