Suggested heat treatment: heat treatment in advance that is annealing: 800-820 ºC through burn evenly, ≤30ºC/h control temperature is 550 ºC from air cooling quenching: after 600 ºC, 850 ºC preheat twice, 1000-1040 ºC oil cooled or air cooled (reference) hardening tempering temperature and hardness of the relationship (HRC) tempering temperature (180 ºC), 53-300, 450-500, 550-450-55 tempering hardness (HRC) 51-52 and 53 50 to 52-54Work for the mould size stability, tempering temperature should be about 25 ºC higher than the operating temperature and to remove machining stress, can be heated to 650 ºC after soaking furnace cooling air cooling to 500 ºC
