This press can realize tire loading, shaping, vulcanizing and unloading automatically. Tire can be cooled automatically with post cure inflator. It can adopt two-half mould and segmented mould.
Structure characteristics:

2. Column locking and squeeze mechanism achieves optimal tire concentricity.
3. Nitrogen vulcanizing air bladder.
