I. Performance introduction
The product is one of the new developed multifunction ironing products, with comfortable and beautiful appearance, and reasonable inner structure, convenient for installation, use and maintenance, running steady and low voice.
The product is integrated with absorption ironing table and minitype steam generator, which is the essential equipment in clothing processing industry and washing service industry. It is mainly used in cloth semi-finished product and finished moisture absorption and finalizing. It is a very ideal equipment to improve the cloth processing quality.
1. The machine has functions of absorption and blowing, to absorb the cloth on the ironing model or table, and taking water, a moisture, cooling stereotypes; blowing the cloth and ironing in the air to avoid the mirror surface on the cloth. It will highly improve the ironing quality and work efficiency.
2. The machine is equipped with fully automatic minitype steam generator, no need external steam source, convenient and energy saving.
3. The machine is equipped with high-speed motor, strong wind power, high speed dehumidify, cooling for setting firm and long lasting.
4. Equipped with dedicated cool and hot spotting gun and stainless steel spotting table, steam volume and spotting gun air output can be adjusted according to the requirement. And there are solvent jet gun and cup.
5. Equipped with working headlamp, no need other configuration, good sight, convenient for operators.

III Operation procedure
1, Open the package and install all the parts into the machine, put the machine smooth and steady.
2, Connect the ground protection on the machine shell.
3, Check the external power voltage, if it is in good condition, then insert the power plug.
4, Connect the windpipe with external steam source, and check whether the external steam supply is in good condition or not. Close blow-down valve.
5, Before turning on, full of water in the water tank, check whether there is any air in the water pump and exhaust it.
6, Turn on the main power switch of control panel and steam source button, the water pump is starting to supply the water to generator. Stop adding water when the water level reaches to the work water level, and start heating.
7, When the inner steam pressure of generator reaches to 0.32MPa~0.4MPa, start ironing work; press the button of air absorption or blowing on the control panel, or step on different switch to swift the air absorption or blowing operation.
8, After stopping work, shut off the power and steam supply.
IV Notes
1. Make sure connect the ground protection before use to guarantee the operator's safety.
2. Periodically open the back panel, clean the dirt of fan wheel and door sliding plate and add lubricant to the sliding plate periodically.
3. If the pressure meter value increases to 0.4MPa within 1-2mins after tuning on the generator, it is because water volume expansion after heating to cause the air compression and increasing the pressure increasing. Open the exhaust valve and turn off the generator, then the phenomenon will be eliminated.
4. Do not turn on the stream ironer and jet gun when the steam generator pressure does not reach to work pressure (0.32MPa~0.4MPa).
5. It is suggest to use distilled water or purified water, otherwise may impact the pan body, electrical heated tube and other parts usage life cycle.
6. Take off the electrical heated tube and water level probe for cleaning after using three months, to make sure steam output, parts sensitivity and steam purty.
7. Exhaust all the remaining water after use every day to keep pan clean.
8. When repair or replace the parts, turn off the power, exhaust out the steam. It is not allowed to take off any parts or repair under pressure or electricity.
9. The service life period for generator is 5 years, it will be discarded after expiry date.
10. The insulation resistance between electrified and non-electrified body should be more than 2mge. Timely test after using for a while.
11. If the machine will not be used for long time, full fill the water into the pan and close all the valves to prevent from corrosion.
12. In order to guarantee the ironing effectiveness, frequently clean and replace tablecloth and sponge on the ironing arm.
