Application Scope:
EASTBIO® GBCN Series fermenters are widely used in microorganism lab of universities, academes and companies. It's an ideal appliances for precise fermenteing experimentation. It is normally applied for culture medium selection, fermentation process optimization and verification of strains as well as its production process. It can be equipped with 2-6 same vessels in one set of fermenter, and it is most suitable for parallel fermentation experiment.

Note: Character N in GBCN means quantity of fermenter vessels.
Characteristics:
The sterilizing operation is safe and reliable, and the culture medium concentration is accurate after sterilization. It applies magnetic coupling to eliminate mechanical seal leakage risk. The fermenter can be observed clearly, dismounted and mounted easily, and operated conveniently.

1. Multi-Vessel:Total volume 3L, 5L, 8L, 10L
Working volume 2L, 3L, 5L, 7L.
Borosilicate double-wall glass vessel, autoclavable.
2. Top-plate:Stainless steel (SS316L) flat top-plate, surface finished; with 3x addition barb nozzles (3mm); 1x inoculation/harvest port; 1x air inlet nozzle, 1x exhaust nozzle and 1x sampling tube etc. 1x pH sensor, 1x DO sensor, 1x foam sensor and 1x Pt-100 temperature sensor.
With quick coupling for motor, the motor is easily disassembled while autoclaved.
3. Legs:With 3x stainless steel (SS304) legs to support the glass vessel, surface polished.
With basket for holding the feeding bottles.
4. Drive:With Servo motor, stepless speed regulation. Direct drive from top. P=400W, Speed range: 0-1000rpm.
5. Bearing:With single mechanical seal.
6. Agitator:With 2 pieces of 6-blades Rushton impeller and 1 set of comb type foam breaker.

10. Peristaltic pumps:4x built-in assignable peristaltic pumps, for acid, alkali, anti-foam and nutrient feeding. Each pump including perforation needles and silicone hose. Automatic or manual control.
11. Feeding bottles:4x 300ml glass bottles with screw-on cap. Autoclavable. Provided with stainless steel 316L round plate with 2x barb nozzles.
12. Power:Main power supply for all electrical circuits. 220V±10%/50Hz.
13. Control boxStainless steel control cabinet with beveled control panel. Accommodate all control loops ordered.
