The re-dispersible latex powder(RDP) is spray-dried from the polymer emulsion and aggregated from the initial 2um to form spherical particles of 80 ~ 120um.The surface is wrapped with an inorganic hard-resistant powder to obtain a dry polymer powder.
It has good redispersibility and can be redispersed when mixed with mortar with water, cement or gypsum as the substrate.The basic particles (2um) in it will re-form the liquid in the state equivalent to the original latex.Properties such as water retention will not change.
The role of RDP has:
