System composition and working mode:
1. The system consists of feeding device, weighing platform, bracket, bag hanging and release/bag clamping device, control system, chain scrapper conveyor, etc., see the attached drawing for the detailed structure.
1)Feeding device
It adopts large-flow rotary valve structure and filling by dead weight of the material to realize fast and slow speed blade rotation feeding, which significantly increases the feeding speed, shortens feeding time, the slow feeding is easy to control and can be adjusted independently so as to ensure the system increases packaging speed while the accuracy is guaranteed.
2)Weighing platform
The weighing platform adopts the shock-proof weighing module with high accuracy and good stability, has the functions of overload, position limiting, etc. and has good mechanical reset performance.
3)Bag hanging and release/bag clamping device
It has the functions of manual hanging tape suspension during bag feeding, pneumatic bag mouth clamping, automatic bag mouth release when the heavy bag drops, automatic disengagement of hanging tape from the hook.
4)Bracket
The bracket has sufficient strength and rigidness, it is used for fixing the bag clamping device, bag hanging mechanism, etc. of the entire packaging scale.
5)Conveyor
The track car transports the heavy bag away from the packaging working position in order to facilitate transfer.
6)Control system
The control system is mainly composed of weighing controller, PLC, drive unit, cabinet body, etc.
It adopts Siemens S7 PLC, imported photoelectric switches and position detection components to constitute the main body of the control system in order to realize coordinated control of the whole packaging machine, it has remote communication interface, which is connected with DCS through configuration in order to realize remote monitoring of the system. The operation of the whole operating system is simple, and its functions are complete, therefore, its overhaul and maintenance are convenient.
Functions of instrument
a. Power failure protection and automatic data saving without loss upon power failure
b. Automatic zero adjustment, zero clear enable, cyclic zero clear.
c. Automatic error correction, over-tolerance alarm, underweight alarm, zero position over-tolerance alarm.
d. Automatic weight compensation, the weight is compensated to the correct set value after automatic correction of weight error.
e. Digital/analog conversion rate: 100 times/sec

Composition section of operating panel

The electric cabinet for this equipment is arranged beside the machine, the solenoid valve fixing box is fixed on the supporting legs of the platform in order to facilitate operation by the worker. The control panel mainly consists of the master power switch, touch screen, emergency stop button, etc.

1) Master power switch: red button located at right side of the electric control cabinet, used for controlling isolation and on-off of the main power supply.

2) Touch screen: used to realize operation control, parameter setting and display of relevant information of the packaging machine.

3) Emergency stop button: red emergency stop button, mainly used for emergency stop of the machine in case of emergency event during the production process. once pressing this button, the packaging machine will be stopped, immediately, and the touch screen will display the corresponding information. After pressing this button, if you want to restart the equipment again, you must first reset the emergency stop button, and push "Soft Start" on the touch screen.

Working process flow of equipment

Switch on the power, set the working parameters of the packaging machine, manually hang the packaging bag onto the hanging hook of the packaging machine, click RUN button on the touch screen, press pedal switch, then the clamping cylinder acts to clamp the feeding mouth of the packaging bag, the elevating cylinder acts to elevate the packaging bag to the upper limit position, the electric rotary valve is opened and begins to feed material into the packaging bag, the packaged weight is displayed on the touch screen, after a length of time of feeding (this time is set manually on the touch screen), when the coarse feeding reaches the manually set value, the electric rotary valve finishes coarse feeding through the inverter, the fine feeding device begins to work, and when the final set value is reached, the gate valve for fine feeding is closed, too. The elevating cylinder lowers to the lower limit position, the automatic release mechanism acts to place the packaging bag released from the hook onto the pallet, then the bag is carried away by the conveyor. Then the pallet is carried away by the forklift, a package is finished. The process is repeated as such.
