Filling Machine Description

This 3-in-1 bottled water filling machine is designed for 5 gallon bottled water, with the capacity of 60-300 bottles per hour. It combines washing filling and capping function together. And totally realise the automatic production of 5 gallon bottled water. The water machine can be also called automatic filling plant line, water filling machines and water bottle manufacturer.

Filling Machine Functions and Features:

(1) Washing process of water bottling machine:

This water bottling machine makes bottles on conveyor controlled by counting sensor and delivered to rinsing seats. Stop cylinder, ratchet and bottle clip work to upturn bottles 1800 C into rinsing seats, water pump starts to spray inside and then bottles return through the circle.

(2) Filling process of filling machinery:

This liquid filling machine makes bottles on conveyor controlled by counting sensor and delivered to filling seats, then up-loading cylinder works to lift bottles from conveyor and bottle clips make bottles fixed. Filling valve falls by pressure cylinder and filling pump works. Filling time, volume are set by PLC and can be adjusted by touch screen.
