1. Introduction:
CFE-0801U capsule counting machine is a kind of granule counting and filling machine, which is specially used for packing tablets, pills, various soft and hard capsules and other solid granules. It is suitable for pharmaceutical, health care, food, and other industries.
When the bottle supplied by the front-end equipment , the granules in the silo slide continuously to the blanking port along the three-stage vibration track, count by the optical detection electric eye and the relevant control system, and collect in the channel material gate. When the set filling quantity is reached, the granules in the material gate fall into the servo device through the material nozzle, and then the bottling process is completed. Through the bottle division, the process is repeated, complete the counting and bottling process of drug particles.
The functions of the counting machine are as follows: positive cylinder for bottle dividing, silo, three-stage vibration for material dividing, electric eye for counting and packing, and filling into bottles.

3. Main configuration
CFE-0801U capsule counting machine is mainly composed of silo, three-stage vibration plate, counting system, control system, etc.
3.1. Silo

3.3 Counting system

Eight groups of induction system can count both 8 groups at the same time and separately.

The main material door is designed with coordination of storage and discharge, and it does not form blockage at the mouth of the material mouth, and improves the bottle filling speed.

3.4 Control system
