operational considerations:
1. Every time mixing materials are added.The specified value shall not be exceeded. After the concrete in the mixing cylinder is discharged, the hopper can be lifted and added with concrete..
2. The hopper shall not be lowered at will. In case of special circumstances, brake and descend slowly.
3. In order to reduce the viscosity of the hopper, the order of adding aggregate to the hopper should be:
Stone -- cement -- sand, or sand -- cement -- stone.
4 In the process of adding materials, water should be added in time to reduce dust.
5. When the hopper is lifted, no one is allowed to stay under the hopper.Empty hopper should be lowered slowly.
6. Handle of operating lever is strictly prohibited to be pulled by non-operating personnel at will.
7. Prevent motor damp, electrical components and wires from being damaged.
8. In case of power failure, shake the belt disk of the reducer with crank to discharge the materials in the cylinder.
9. Gear ring and track should be lubricated every time.
10. Warning: if the transfer switch is in the stirring (or discharging) position, it is strictly forbidden to dial to the discharging (or stirring) position quickly to avoid damaging the gear in the reduction box.
