1.Production description:
The vertical ring die pellet mill is suitable for the materials with low adhesive and formation rate,which are difficult to pressing molding,such as rice husk,sunflower seed husk,peanut hull,a variety of wood waste like beanch,trunk,bark,various of crop straw,eucalyptus,palm fiber(EFB),coffee shell,sawdust and so on.This machine is widely used for the recycling usage of wastes and tailings in biomass fuel plant,power plant,wood processing plant,fertilizer plant,chemical factory,foodstuffs factory and brewery.

2.Function and features:
1)·vertical type die, feeding directly, no material arching, good heat dispersing capability;
2)pressing wheel rotation, materiel goes in a the centrifugal way to keep in a even type;·Two sets of lubrication system, high axial pressure wheel, ensure the service life, high and stable yield;
3)air cooling and dust removal keeps the long operation, efficient production, energy saving and environmental protection;

3.Raw materials:
Yufchina biomass wood pellet mill is able to produce cylindrical pellet, and thus be widely used in pelletizing wood, sawdust, crop straw (rice straw, wheat straw, corn stalks, sorghum stalk, soybean stalk, cotton stalk, grape straw, peanut seedlings, and sunflower stalk), rice husk, grass, shrubs, branches, wood cut-off head, bamboo debris, bagasse, etc.
4.Finished Products:
4-12mm pellet :Include wood pellet ,palm fiber pellet,EFB pellet,rice husk pellet,straw pellet,etc.
Pellet moisture <10%,density 1.1-1.4g/cm3.
Fuel pellet use in hotel ,bath place,factory,electric generator ,cabinet,stove,boiler
