Air and waterway system :
The gas path of the fiber laser cutting machine has two parts, the part of the cutting of gas supplied to the cutting head , and a clean and dry compressed air and high purity oxygen . Another part of the auxiliary gas, all clean,dry compressed air . Including the gas used in the gas cylinder .
For compressed air users if a unified gas source , you do not have to choose the air compressor , otherwise it should be optional air compressor , gas from the compressor to enter after the gas tank and the cold and dry air control cabinet , after a sophisticated air handling system , into a clean, dry gas , is divided into two , all the way as the cutting gas,all the way to the use of gas as the cylinder.Use pressure from the the corresponding regulator to adjust .
The cutting gas is divided into three gases: nitrogen, oxygen and air, and these three gases can freely choose through the electromagnetic valve.Which nitrogen is mainly used for cutting stainless steel and aluminum; oxygen is mainly used to cut carbon steel ; air metal cutting , the machine has a the air cutting sheet technology , greatly reduces the processing costs for customers . Want to use different cutting gas for different materials . In addition ,cutting gas system inside the pressure sensor is installed to ensure that the machine able to stop in time when gas pressure is not enough work to avoid the cutting part of the void . Setting the pressure threshold can be adjusted by the upper portion of the pressure sensor screws .
Fiber laser cutting machine waterway system mainly consists of two parts : one part is out of the cooling water from the chillers , two routes into the laser , and all the way into the laser host part of its cooling ; all the way into the laser electric control box part , be cooling; chiller loop back
