Q1: How long is the warranty time for the Product?

A1: Warranty time: 12 months. If any quality problems (except man made problems and under abnormal

use) happen during warranty time, for example, crack of plastic accessories, color fading and damage of

the metal parts etc. The buyer should inform the seller within 14 days after finding the quality problems.

And the buyers should provide the same quality and new accessories free within 30 days.

Q2: Can you do OEM?

A2: We accept all OEM orders, just give us your design, and we will make samples for you soon.

Q3: How to install the indoor playground?

A3: We have the professional installation instruction and tell you the order about the installing details.

Q4: Can I have a sample order first?

A4: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

Q5: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A5: Sample is usually shipped by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It takes about 3-7 working days to arrive.
