Q1: Can I customize the product ?

A1: Yes, Define is specialized at customized hotel furniture since from 2005. You just need to send us your design and specification, we will generate 1:1 detailed shop drawing and then produce mock up, we will start produce mass production until it’s approved.

Q2:Can I buy some samples before I order?

A2: Yes, sure. It’s very necessary to elevate quality before ordering. We can provide live picture / video of the items, we also have prototype team specially make samples. If you don’t mind a longer delivery (around 15 days).

Q3:How can you guarantee a good quality?
A3:

1.We send you weekly production report with clear photo & video once the production is activated.
2.We have our QC system for the full process and 100% checked before packing.
3.We accept the 3rd party inspection before delivery.

4.We provide 5 years warranty for all products we delivery.

Q4: What about the lead time for mass production?

A4: Generally, our delivery time is 30-45 days, as we need to arrange delivery according to order sequence. Please contact us in case you have specific delivery time.

Q5:How to assemble furniture?
A5: Any knock down items will come with a handy assembly instructions.

Q6:What are your term of payment?

A6: 50% down payment and 50% balance against duplicate bill of lading.
