Side trimmer:
Working process:This equipment is used for shearing the PPPL coil into required width through high speed and precise cutting
the incoming material will be delivered to side trimmer through side guide device and then to be cut into product, during slitting, the scrap machine will rewind the scrap
The strip will be centered by side guide centering device, meanwhile, the strip will be under free shearing condition, no off tracking will happen.
After manual threading, this machine will be under fully automatic working state(this require assorted electrical control system)
This equipment is used for slitting the strip into required width. Through assembled spacer bush, the product width can be flexibly changed. DC motor drive gear box, the rotation of main axis of rotary knife is driven by universal coupler. The machine can be forwardly and reversely rotated. The motor driven side open frame, which is convenient for blade changing, the side open frame is installed on the linear guideway and wear well; the lower knife axis is fixed, the upper knife axis is regulated by worm wheel driven by motor, and configured with data display system, which can accurate display the superposition figure of blade. It is composed of passage, upper & lower knife axis, lifting worm wheel box, gear reducing motor, distribution gear box, universal coupler, pedestal, power gear box, etc.
