Instruction
1. Injection nylon liners of the head sheave and guide pulley.
2. Nylon transitional block of the single rope mining hoist, with the property of high strength and light weight. Using nylon transitional block instead of steel block could efficiently prevent the main engine from deviating and vibrating, and extends the service life of the wire rope.
3. Nylon lining of the backing roll, with the property of high mechanical strength and hardness, good wear- resistance performance, which could reduce the changing cost of the whole backing roll.
4. Various specifications of nylon rods and nylon blank products, which are suitable for processing the stick pins of the coupling and other nylon component.
