FAQ
1. Are you a manufacturer?
Yes, we are manufacturer, not trading company.
2. How to get a quotation?
Please send us your drawings. If you have any special requirements, please remark.

3. What if we do not have drawing?
Samples are also workable. Please send your samples to us and we would make drawing for your conformation. Of course, we can return the samples to you later.
4. Can we get some samples?
Samples are available. The sample fee is about 50-100 USD for each part and customer should bear the shipping fee, and it will be refund if order.

5. What's the payment term?
50% deposit, 50% balance before shipment.
6. How to pay?
For small order, PayPal and TT is acceptable.
For large order, T/T is preferred.

7. How to ship?
For small quantity, via TNT, FEDEX, UPS by shipping fee pre-paid or by freight collect.
For large quantity, by air or sea up to you.
8. What about the lead time?
It would be 20-30 days normally.
9. What is your returns term?
We don't accept any non-reason returns. All quality returns must be confirmed by us. You must inform us within 15 days after receiving. If quality defect, we will remake
and ship new ones to you for free in short time.
