Oil Seeds Steam Cooker (YZCL Series)
YZCL series cooker is a main equipment in oil production, mainly used for the cooking of vegetable oil seed. By moisturizing, steaming and cooking, the flaked seed turn into cooked flakes, which fulfills the requiremnt of prepressing and improves the quality of oil.
YZCL steaming cooker is the equipment that makes green cakes after strip plate into meal after wet and cooked for meeting the technical requirement of pressing or extracting.
This equipment can be also used as soften cooker. The oil materials are soften, then this can improve the quality of strip plate, oil output rate and the quality of crude oil. It' s perfect choosing for the preliminary press of the vegetable oil factories.
1. It is used in cooking for vegetable oil-bearing materials.
2. It changes green oil-bearing materials into mature oil-bearing materials by means of moistening, heating, steaming and cooking so as to get oil and improve its quality.
3. It is also suited to cooking for other materials in foodstuff, medicines and chemicals.
