The line is used for SZ stranding of loose tube elements Ф1.5-Ф4.5mm .The line will be manufactured after the seller gets the order. 100% brand new.
3,Sheathing Line
Main Features:
The line is used to extrude sheathing for optical cable.
1.1 Produce inner sheathing on cable core
1.2 Produce outer sheathing in inner sheathed armored or non-metallic cable core.
1.3 Make sheathing on cable core with or without aluminum wrapped core.
1.4 The extruding materials: LDPE, MDPE, HDPE etc will be used for inner and outer sheathing of optical cables.
4,Coloring and Rewinding Machine
Main Features:
It is mainly used to color the surface of optical fibers and makes it easy to identify the multi-fibers within the loose tube. Also used to rewind fibers.
5,Multi-core premise cable production line (cage type)
Main Features:
This line is mainly used to strand multi core indoor optical cable. After stranding, the cables/fibers are coated with aramid yarn then be sheathed with LSZH, PVC,PU
6,Simplex and Duplex Cable and FTTH cable production line

The line is used to extrude tight buffer fiber which the diameter is 0.6mm and 0.9mm.The The line is mainly used to produce 1-4 core FTTx cable. The material: LSZH and PVC.

The line mainly is used to produce simplex cable, duplex cable ,FTTH cable and the distribution cable which has the cores 2~12fibers.
8,Tight Coating Line
Main Features:
The line is used to extrude tight buffer fiber which the diameter is 0.6mm and 0.9mm.The extruding material can be LSZH, PVC,PA12,Hytrekm,TPU.
