China Osha LVL Scaffolding Planks Wood Timber Laminated Veneer Scaffold Boards

LVL Scaffolding Timber Plank is made according to OSHA standard. It is made from veneer pine wood laminated by wbp glue.
Laminated veneer planks size are customized from 225-250mm according to construction scaffolding design and requirement.
End painted is required according to OSHA and AS1576 standard. Marks with standard number should be on both sides of the scaffold boards.
1. Length: 3900mm, 3980mm, 4000mm, 4880mm, 5300mm, 6000mm(Up to 12metres on client's request);
2. Width: 220mm, 225mm, 230mm, 235mm;
3. Thickness: 38mm, 39mm, 42mm;
4. Material: 100% Radiate Full Pine;
5. Adhesive: 100% WBP( Environment Friendly);
6. One 40' Container Loading: 40 M3
7. Use: LVL is used primarily as structural framing for residential and commercial construction and is well suited to applications where open web steel joists and light steel beams might be considered. Others uses include scaffold plank and as flange members for some proprietary prefabricated wood I-Joists. LVL can easily be cut to length at the jobsite.
