2. Q: I haven't done business with you guys before, how can I trust your company?
A: Our factory was established in 2003. We are a 10 years golden supplier in alibaba.com. And had been verified by TUV and other 3rd parties. On the other hand, we are a BSCI & ISO 9001 qualified factory. I hope those above will be persuasive enough.
3. Q: What is the MOQ?
A: Our company mainly deals with wholesale deals, If a trial order for a new customer, we accept smaller order. Besides we could provide samples for testing as per your request, except for some customized product.
4. Q: I would like to ask you if it's possible to have my logo on the product or on the package?
A: Yes. OEM & ODM both are acceptable. We can put your brand & logo both on product & package according to your requirement with some reasonable surcharge for this extra service.
5. Q: Do you give any discount?
A: I'll surely try my best to help you get those by the best price and good service at the same time.
6. Q: What's the delivery time for your products?
A: Well, it depends on the order quantity and the designed product complexity. Normally, it will take us 45 days to finish it.
7. Q: What is the payment terms?
A: We accept various payment methods. And our payment terms are as follows:
(1) 30% deposit by T/T in advance. Balance paid before loading or against B/L copy.
(2) 100% By irrevocable L/C at sight.
