Q1: Can I convert propane to natural gas source ?

A1: No , our LP gas heater are designed , tested and approved for pure propane , butane and LP . Conversion kits are not available. The core parts are different , gas valves , copper gaslines , nozzles etc are different.
Our heaters have tow types :LP gas only , natural gas only . You can't mix it . If you want to use natural gas , choose the natural gas type heater.


Q2:Why do I get a yellow flame and black smoke?
A2: 1st, Please ensure you use the pure gas source , the ideal source is pure butane , propane and LP. Pure gas burns with blue flame. If there's impurities , heavy black smokes comes out. Also , poor quality gas , affect the heater's flame looks and shorten the heater's lifespan.
2nd , fine-turing the pilot feed tube position. If the pilot light is yellow and long , it indicates the burner is lacking sufficient air for air-gas mixing. So move the pilot nozzle feed tube back (out) to allow more air flow .The pilot orifice( or nozzle) should be position at less than 1/2 height of the copper tube's hole. The ideal pilot solid flame is 1/4" -1/2" tall in size.
3rd, Ensure you use the right low regulator , low pressure gas cylinder. Regulator <= 1.5 kg flux is suitable. Bigger regulator brings bigger gas pressure , which makes the fire too big and can't burn sufficiently , therefore generates smoke.What's more , high pressure gas source burning even damage the screen emitter.
4th , the burner unit and gasline require cleaning every year.


Q3: Why the pilot flame can't stay lit ? When the flame lit , as soon as we remove the hand , the flame goes out.

A3:It often the case :the faulty anti-tilt switch . Anti-tilt switch add important safety , but the electrical element is easily rusty after years and cut the gas supply. Replace by a new one or disconnect this anti-tilt switch and connects the wires together .


Q4: Why the pilot flame lit , but goes out when the knob turn to high or low position ?
A4:1) check the anti-tilt swtich as A3.
2) And if it's not the anti-tilt switch fault , check the thermo couple's one terminal (which connects to the copper valve) , to see if it's loosen , tighten it.
3) Faulty thermo couple , replace it.


Q5: Why my heater can't lit , even I operate correctly as per the manual and the switch seems no faulty?
A5:1)check if the gas supply opens and if the gas cylinder is empty.
2) Check the switch sparks or not. If yes , no faulty with the switch.
3)Check if the gasline and pilot tube may clogged.
4) if you just replace by a new full gas cylinder , take the cylinder to outside and let it keep giving out gas for one or two minutes to release the air and Retry it.


Q6: Why my heater burn low ?
A6: 1, Check if the gas is nearly finished.
2, Check the regulator's faulty .
3, Check the fittings and hose's connecting to the burner terminal and regulator is tight.
4, The atmosphere temperature belows 4 ℃. Propane frooze when temperature belows 4 ℃( 40 degrees F). Solution:wrap the gas bottle with a hot wetted towel or blanket or relocate the unit to area when temperature over 4 ℃ or 40 degrees F.
