Drive Type:
There are mainly 4 installation types,
1.DCz Type
The output shaft of a motor is directly connected to the input shaft of a pump via a pump coupler.This type of connection is suitable for applications where the speed of the slurry pump is the same as that of the motor.
2. CVz Type.
The pump is driven by a belt connected to the crankshaft of the engine.This way of connection allows for saving space,easy installation,and fast adjustment of pumping speed.The motor is fixed to the motor support frame which is located on the bearing support above the slurry pump.
3.ZVZ Type
Another type of belt drive that allows easy adjustment of pumping speed.The motor is directly fixed to the bearing support.This way of installation is suitable for motors with large horsepower than is possible with CV type of installation.Due to the installation of motor onto the bearing support,this method helps save installation space.
4.CRz Type
This type of belt drive makes it easier to adjust pumping speed.The installation allows both the motor and slurry pump to be fixed to the ground.The motor is installed to the side of the pump.The installation method is suitable for large-power motors.

Seal Types:
There are 3 seal types,expeller seal,packing seal and mechanical seal.
(1) Expeller Seal. Use pressure seal produced by impeller and expeller in series,packing or lip sealing ring for shut down seal.The main parts are Expeller ring,Expeller,Packing,Packing Gasket,Water Seal Ring ,Packing Gland,Oil Cup
(2) Packing Seal. The routine sealing systems are suitable for various conditionsand can be used in the corrosion or high temperature conditions such as teflon packing,graphite packing etc.It also can be used in strong abrasive condition duty with shaft ceramic sleeve of spray weld. The main parts are Packing Box,Front water seal Ring,Packing,Packing Gland,Shaft Sleeve.
(3)Mechanical Seal. World-advanced technique without sealing leakage,integrating construction,convenient installation & replacement,various constructions suit for all kinds of conditions.High hardness ceramic and alloy are adopted for material of friction parts.Design & matching of mechanical seal & sealing box is suitable for fluid state.It possesses high abrasive resistance & shakeproof to guarantee that sealing effect can be satisfied by customers in various conditions.The main parts are stationary ring assembly and Movable ring assembly.

Possible Faults and Settlements
