Kaigen Gas, a company which is located in Linyi City, Shandong Province, China, has two gas tank (gas cylinder) manufacturing factories (plants) in the same place, covering an area of more than 133333 square meters, with a construction area of 60000 square meters, has more than 800 employees, including more than 150 engineering and technical personnel, is the largest gas tank (gas cylinder) manufacturer in China. 400 million CNY (more than 60 million USD at that time), has specialized in manufacturing gas tanks (gas cylinders) for many years.
We have 9 normalizing process (production capacity: 8300 pieces per day) and 1 quenching and tempering process production lines of seamless steel cylinders (1000 pieces per day), 2 production lines of welding cylinders and so on. Have Tensile strength test equipment, yield test equipment, physical and chemical test equipment and other various types of testing equipment to ensure product quality. Our annual production capacity is 6 million pieces, sales revenue is about 1 billion CNY (about 140 million USD), exports sales revenue 70 million CNY (about 10 million USD).
Our products, gas tanks (gas cylinders) are mainly used for the storage and transportation of gases used in industry, medical, electronic industry, fire-fighting, laboratory, vehicle, coal mine self-rescuer and other fields, and used for a variety of special gases, such as oxygen, carbon dioxide, LPG, nitrogen, helium, CNG, argon, nitrous oxide, acetylene, hydrogen, propane and other many kinds of gases and liquid gases.
Production line and Certification

Our products have been certified by TUV, BV, Arrowhead, SGS, CCIC and other international well-known certification bodies. Each gas tank (gas cylinder) must pass the supervision and inspection of the national government department before leaving our factories. Outside diameter of seamless tanks (seamless cylinders) include 140mm, 152mm, 159mm, 219mm, 232mm, 279mm, 406mm etc.
Water capacity is from 0.5L to 230L. Material: 37Mn, 34CrMo4, 30CrMo.
Process: normalized, quenched and tempered, spun-tube, billet. Working pressure: 150Bar, 200Bar, 230Bar, 300Bar and so on. Standard: ISO, EN ISO, TPED, DOT, CCS, EAC, PESO and so on.
LPG cylinder: 5kg, 10kg, 12.5kg, 15kg, 50kg and so on.
Propane cylinder: 15kg, 30kg, 50kg and so on.
