This product is a broad-spectrum antibacterial agent, and many Rickettsia, Mycoplasma, Chlamydia, Spirochete, Amoeba and some Plasmodium are also sensitive to this product. Enterococcus is resistant to it. Others such as actinomycetes, Bacillus anthracis, Listeria monocytogenes, Clostridium, Nocardia, Vibrio, Brucella, Campylobacter, Yersinia, etc. are sensitive to this product.
It's yellow crystalline powder; odorless, slightly bitter taste; slightly hygroscopic; darker in daylight, easy to destroy failure in alkali dissolution. This product is soluble in water, slightly soluble in ethanol, and insoluble in chloroform or ether. Take the product according to the rotation degree, accurately weigh it, dissolve it with hydrochloric acid (9→1000) and dilute it into a solution containing 10mg per 1ml. Leave it in the dark for 1 hour, and measure it according to law.
This product can be used as a drug for the following diseases: (1) Rickettsia, including epidemic typhus, endemic typhus, Rocky Mountain fever, tsutsugamushi disease and Q fever. (2) Mycoplasma infection. (3) Chlamydia infection, including parrot fever, sexually transmitted diseases, lymphatic edema, non-specific urethritis, salpingitis, cervicitis and trachoma. (4) Return to the heat. (5) Brucellosis. (6) Cholera. (7) Rabbit fever. (8) Plague. (9) Soft squat. For the treatment of brucellosis and plague, it needs to be combined with aminoglycosides.
Due to the serious resistance of this common pathogen to this product, it can be used as a drug only when the pathogen is sensitive to this product: Escherichia coli, Enterobacter aerogenes, Acinetobacter baumannii, and Zhi Gram-negative bacilli infections such as Heterobacter, Haemophilus influenzae (reports of respiratory tract infections) and Klebsiella (limited to respiratory and urinary tract infections). This product is not suitable for any type of staphylococcus or hemolytic streptococcus infection.
This product can be used for tetanus allergic to tetanus, gas gangrene, yaw, syphilis, gonorrhea and leptospirosis and actinomycetes, Listeria infection patients.
It can be used as an adjuvant therapy for patients with acute intestinal amebiasis and moderate or severe acne.
