Definition:

This equipment with Max. loading capacity 80-2000 KN was designed for air ducts joining according to the HVAC customer requirement. It just only make 3s per clinching and 4 points one time (also can do 6 points/time).

Using the compact pneumatic hydraulic drive make it possible to the slender design for

PC/PCG pressing machine. The high strength and rigidity welded and stress-relieved press frame is extremely stable and has a very low level of deflection.

Pressing fitting and multi-point self clinching are the normal applications of PC/PCG. The functions, especially for the requirement of mass productions, are included automatic, semi-automatic and other customized design.

PC/PCG frame machines are suitable for the processing of precision parts pressing and riveting. Such as automobile air bag, bearing, motor silicon steel sheet, cooler machine, air condition sheet metal and so on.
