Double wall corrugated pipe is a new type pipe possessed cyclic annular outer wall and smooth inner wall.Currently it has been very mature in the processing and using technology.The production line is of digital centralized control,dual extrusion and double diversion.It consists of single screw extruder,co-extrusion die-head,forming machine,mould block,cooling tank,cutter and stacker.One extruder for the pipe external wall,one extruder for the pipe internal wall.Thereby,you have the possibility to use different materials for each pipe layer,to use different colorsand to produce flexible pipes.Double wall corrugated pipe has the characteristic of reasonable structure,heat resistance -40°C-60°C,anti-corrosion,high strength,strong seismic performance and energy saving,etc.It mainly used in water distribution,supply,drainage,irrigation,air exhaust,mine ventilation and so on.
