Feature

Material

Structure

How to use: filter with distilled water before use should be loop filter (cleaning equipment and piping, equipment, pipes and valves and check for leaks). Filtering the beginning, filter differential pressure should be controlled no more than 0.01Mpa (adjusted return valve). After about 10 to 30 minutes, the pressure increased to 0.05Mpa. The flow rate can be maintained if the 0.5 ~ 1m3 / h. Without increasing the pressure, such as reduced flow, pressure can be gradually increased to 0.1Mpa.
Clean
1) Physical cleaning: Remove the cavity with pure water backwash, then 0.1Mpa Compressed air cleaning. General cleaning 2-3 times.
(2) chemical cleaning: When using a long time, little effect a physical cleaning methods, the micro porous PE pipes can be dipped in a solution with the cavity of about 10% sodium hydroxide solution for 48 hours, and then use the tap water rinse, then soak in a concentration of about 5% hydrochloric acid solution in 4 hours, and then with pure water backwash, and finally re 0.1Mpa compressed air cleaning.
