Introduction:
based on many years of experience in design and production, combined with the actual situation both at home and abroad, a complete production line has been developed, and fully automatic control from reception of raw materials to finished products has been realized.
Extruder:
-PLC or temperature control gauge Guarantee the High extrusion capacity, low melt temperature.
-Special screw design insures high-efficiency and high output.
-Helical gear is design of high hardness and low noise brings dependable performance with long service life.
-Adopt DC speed regulation as the standard design. Frequency conversion and electromagnetic speed regulation are available as well.
-Different extrusion machine can be chosen according to the different materials.
-Small single screw extruder is applicable to co-extrusion of the marking line.
The tube sizing:
Sizing sleeve with the entrance water curtain is applicable to HDPE, LDPE and PP etc, And especially suitable for high speed extrusion of small-diameter pipes.
Vacuum sizing water tank:
-The tank body is made of stainless steel.
-High efficiency water pump and specially designed spray head ensure high efficiency cooling.
-Stronger and intensive spray heads are set up around the sizing sleeve. The fitter unit with the bypass pipeline improved the stability of the equipments and reduce maintenance (pipe lines and spray are clogged due to impurities).
-Have the high and low water level control device. Longitudinal adjustment by motor. Three-dimensional regulation. Provide different length and quantity cooling programs accoring to specification and speed of pipe be produced.
Unloading and winding equipment:
-Straight pipe coil pipe
-Pneumatic control
-Automatic sizing accordingly
-For winding pipes of small diameter, duplex winder is recommended.
