Lab plastic sheet extrusion machine.
ACC series laboratory precise sheet extrusion line consist of a Lab Precise Single Screw Extruder, a Molding System, a Lab Precise Three Roller Calendar, a Haul-off & Winding Machine, a Cutting Machine (optional) and a SIEMENS PLC Touching Screen Control System. It is applicable for PMMA, PE, PP, PVC, PS, PET, etc.
The Lab Precise Three Roller Calendar is vertical designed with one variable speed control motor for the three rolls. The base of the middle roll is fixed and the upper roll and lower roll could move up and down. The bases of the rolls are linear slide driven with manual press devices and could be adjusted slightly to ensure the accuracy of tape thickness.
This line could be used to test and process various materials such as plastics, elastomers, etc., and could automatically measure melt pressure and temperature in the process of the extrusion.seline; line-height: 15.0000pt;">Product Application
