Introduction
PF impact crusher is a new type of high-efficiency crushing equipment. This crusher mainly consists of board hammer, impact plate, board hammer pedestal, rotor, and feed port etc. Being simple, reliable and energy-efficient, our impact crusher is one of the most frequently used rock crushers.

Working Principle
Impact crusher involves impact to crush material. During operation, the rotor driven by the motor performs high-speed rotation, and the flat hammer installed in the rotor collides with the entered material, later the material is thrown to the impact plate to realize crushing again. With the material repeatedly being thrown to each impact plate, crushing is continuously carried out in the impact chamber, and the material will be discharged when the required size is achieved. The size and shape of the material to be discharged can be adjusted by adjusting the gap between impact rack and rotor rack.
