Using progressive solidification process and making Cr7C3 type carbide vertical growth against the working face. In the case of not lower the toughness of the parts, Meanwhile Cr7C3 type face macro hardness and micro hardness also increased.
Using multiple micro-alloyed methods to receive dispersion strengthened and progressive hardening and impact crusher wear parts .
Using annealing, quenching, tempering heat treatment process to make the blow bars' surface hardness reaches 58-65HRC.

However, if Cr7C3 directional distribution, the axial section micro hardness will reach more than 1800HV. After microalloyed, the micro hardness will be up 2000HV. This is also the main reason why directional solidification can improve the wear resistance of the high chromium cast iron.
