Machine function
1.This machine is composed of paper feeding, printing, slotting, die cutting, vibration and stacking, etc. It can complete the printing, slotting, die cutting, stacking and other processes of three and five layers of corrugated cardboard at one time.
2.The thickness of the wallboard is 50mm, and the internal stress of the intermediate frequency quenching and tempering increases the density, hardness, strength, toughness, and conductivity of the wallboard. Artificial aging treatment, large processing center processing in pairs, high strength and high precision.
3.The main transmission system adopts gear transmission, high-precision gear grinding technology, low noise, enhanced gear strength, and improved gear transmission stability. All transmission gears are made of high-quality steel, high-frequency quenched, tempered, and finely ground, with high strength and durability.
4.Bearings adopt famous brand bearings such as Renben, Harbin, Wafangdian, etc., and are inspected one by one, and they are qualified and put into storage.
