Ptfe Coated Fiberglass is made of the best fiberglass yarn to be plain knitted or specially knitted into high-grade fiberglass cloth as basic material, coating PTFE resin two sides to make it into PTFE teflon clothes in different thickness and width.The tape can be with or without adhesive.
Properties
PTFE teflon tape endure high temperature from-70-260C during 24 hours working.
Teflon fabric remain stable dimension, high intensity, elongation coefficient less 5%.
Low coefficient of friction and dielectric constant, good insulating ability
Surface of Teflon sheet is non stick, easy to clear stains and adhesives on the surface.
Good chemical resistance, it can resist all most of chemical medicines, acids, alkalis, and salt, it is fireproof, lower in aging.
Applications
0.13mm ptfe coated fiberglass fabric widely be made into laminated belt as side band for the napkin packing.
0.25mm widely used in the solar panel production as laminating sheet.
0.08mm, 0.11mm, 0.13mm are perfect used in garment industry as teflon bottom table wrap and teflon pillow. Also widely used in food industry as oven liner.
0.20mm black color is the most popular as BBQ grill mat.
0.25mm ptfe coated glass fabric are widely used as conveyor belt for napkin packing, we will customize different size with tracking button on the side
0.90mm, 1mm are used in carpet industry.
