This electric heating mantle uses Alkali-free glass fiber as insulation material, the procedure is as follows:

1.to make the insulation heating rope you should wrap the Cr20Ni80 alloy wire with this insulation material through the wrapping machine, covering machine, braiding machine.

2.then making the heating sleeve according to different dimension of flasks with international standards by Pure manual knitting method.

3.Exclusively using special mould to finalize the design by vacuum filtering the Aluminum silicate wool and to add glue and to dry to make the hemispherical thermal insulator.

4.Shell is made by one-time injection moulding and iron sheet static plastic spray process, with beautiful appearance and anti-corrosion .as adopting spherical heating mode, can make the heating area of the container up to more than 65%, warming up swiftly, high temperature, easy operating, and wear well.
