1. Material Pre-treatment

In this section, the impurities in the soybean material will be removed and the soybean hulls will be separated. The bean embryo will be broken into small pieces and then processed into a puffed state. The purpose for this arrangement is to create a good production enviroment and minimize the total fat loss, increase oil yield and output and improve the quality of oil and cake & meal.

2. Oil Extraction

After sealed screw conveyor put the puffed soybean into exactor, the oil in extruded soybean will be dissolved by solvent, finally get crude oil. Compared with the pressing method, the residual rate of leaching is low (<1%) and offer a better quality meal. At the same time, this solution has the following features:

In this section, continuous alkali refining shortens contact tome between oil and lye,which reduces oil saponification state,lowers refining consumption,and improves efficiency;negative pressure state avoids oxygen in the air from contacting with hot oil,thereby ensuring oil product quality ,inhibiting with hot oil,there by ensuring oil product quality,inhibiting acid value to rise again,and lowering peroxide value; physical refining section adopts new type continuous deacidiffication and deodorization craft, the actual production proves its most obvious advantages as following: strong deacidiffication ability ,excellent hot bleaching effect,high refining rate ,good oil quality etc.
