Hengshui Decheng Machinery&Equipment Co.,Ltd (DCI) mainly provide gypsum board production lines, gypsum powder production lines, and gypsum block production lines with different capacities.(gypsum board line from 2million/year-30million/year; gypsum powder line from 30,000tons/year to 400,000tons/year)

We can complete a series of work from design(mechanical and electrical), manufacture, supply, installation, commissioning to stabilized production,certainly we also provide the spare part supply service.

1. Capacity:
2million to 30 million sqm (based on thickness of 9.5mm gypsum board)
2. Working time: 24hours/day and 300 working days/year
3. Raw material: Gypsum powder(natural gypsum, content of CaSO4·1/2H2O is over 75%/ desulfurization gypsum), shielding paper, modified starch, foaming agent, glue
4. Fuel: Natural gas, diesel, heavy oil or coal
