Main Equipment Introduction
MixerThe mixer integrates stirring and mixing, and the raw materials are stirred more evenly. Screw Feeder
The machine adopts screw pushing mode, which is widely used for conveying various kinds of cereal powder raw materials. This machine has the advantages of simple structure, small size, low cost, simple and safe operation. It can meet the requirements of multi-point feeding and discharging, which is convenient and fast. After the raw materials are evenly stirred, they enter the screw feeder and are transported to extruder machine.
Extruder Machine


Screw extruder is composed of feeding system, extrusion system, heating system, transmission system, rotary cutting system, cooling system and control system. The material is fed by the feeder, and the barrel is subject to high temperature, high pressure and high shear, so that the material can be matured to meet the quality requirements such as the required state. According to the different needs of the market, the screw extruder has a wide range of raw materials, many product shapes and flexible configuration through the forced extrusion of equipment, molding drying and corresponding auxiliary processing.
Cutting Machine


It is used for shaping and cutting, generally used for cutting off strip and sheet products. The cutter has two choices, one can cut the hollow surface with oblique incision, and the other is the hollow surface with straight cutter.
Conveyor


The cut-off products are transported to the drying oven to avoid material leakage for block and strip products.
Drying Owen


The oven is suitable for a wide range of drying of all kinds of block, granular and other food or other materials. The machine is composed of oven body and control cabinet; the oven has compact structure, small dry area, small surface area, small heat dissipation and high thermal efficiency; the heat preservation board is made of stainless steel, which is sanitary and clean, and has heat preservation material in the middle of the guard board; Tunnel drying, mesh belt running speed adjustable to adjust the drying time of food in the oven, and equipped with accurate temperature control device for easy adjustment; temperature automatic control, can be set according to needs; frequency control speed.
