Introduction:
Fully automatic tray filling sealing capping machine can auto loading the empty trays, empty trays detecting, auto filing product, auto sealing trays, auto lid loading and pressing, auto discharging the finish product. base on different mold quantity, its capacity from 1500-3000 trays per hour, suitable for the foods and beverage factory production needs.
Whole machine is made by stainless steel 304 and anodizing aluminum, ensures it can run in bad food factory environment which has damp, steam, oil, acidity and salt etc. its body can accept the water rinsing clean.
Using high quality imported electrical parts and pneumatic parts which ensures the stable running in long time, reduces the stop and maintenance time.
Feature:

1.Conveyor system:servo motor with precision reducer for the stepping running, it can moving very fast but avoids material splashing because servo motor can start and stop smoothly, and also keep the positioning accuracy.

2.Empty tray loading function: it adopts spiral separating and pressing technology which can avoid the tray damaging and deforming, it has vacuum sucker which guide the tray into the mold accurately.

3.Empty tray detecting function: it adopts photoelectric sensor or optical fiber sensor to detect the mold if have empty tray or not, it can avoid the mistake sealing if the mold without the tray, reduce the product waste and machine cleaning.

4.Quantitative filling function: piston filling, no splash and leakage, the filling system also has CIP clean function (optional). The filling system accepts the heating fill (optional: heating tank and heat keeping stainless steel tube).

5.Tray Sealing & film cutting function: The system consists of automatic film drawer, printing film location, waste film collection and thermostat sealing system, sealing system can runs fast and locates at the printed film accurately. Thermostat sealing cutting system uses Omron PID temperature controller and sensor for high-quality heat sealing.

6.Capping function: it compose by caps separator, caps magazine, 180°rotary vacuum suckers, tray holding & lifting mold, it lift the trays, the vacuum suckers place the caps on the mold and pressing well at same time

7.Replacement of mold: molds are made of 304 stainless steel and corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy, the operating parameters of the different molds are saved by the touch screen which makes easy to call up the operating parameters, molds can be replaced within 15 minutes.

8.Discharge system: it can output the sealed trays and sends it to the outside liner.

9.Automation control system: it is made up by PLC, Touch screen, servo system, sensor, magnetic valve, relays etc.

10.Pneumatic system: it is made up of valve, air filter, meter, pressing sensor, magnetic valve, air cylinders, silencer etc.

11.Safety guards: it is optional function, it is made up by PC plates and stainless steel, has safety switches which protect the operator.
