1) What is your MOQ?

One 20'GP with no more than 3 models

One 40'HQ with no more than 5 models

2) Do you accept sample order?

Sample order is acceptable, sample is 10-15% higher than the normal quotation. If you purchase mass production order , 10-15% cost is refundable. Sample deliver time is around 45 days.

3) Can I customized my products?

Yes, we can change diamention according to your request. We can change the rattan color, fabric color based on our color swatch. OEM/OEM is welcomed

4) Do you have own factory?

Yes, we have our own factory located in Zhejiang , Guangzhou & Qingdao, China. We do import and export business in Shanghai.

5) How about your lead time?

30-45days normally, also depands on the products design and time you place order.

6) What about the payment term?

IF the total amount is above USD 3000, 30% deposit+70% balance paid before the cargo delivery. If the total amount is below USD 3000, 100% deposit paid before production.
