1.The H-beam automatic assembly machine adopts hydraulic transmission for the positioning of the web and wing plates, and the two sides are clamped and centered by mechanical synchronization, which can ensure the positioning of different widths and wing plates within the specified range.

2.The end of the H-shaped steel assembly is equipped with a hydraulic automatic lifting stopper, which can ensure that the ends of the frame and wing plate are aligned during the assembly. The upper pressure beam is guided by the left and right four sets of guide rails to ensure the stability during compression.
3.The number of roller tables can be lengthened and reduced arbitrarily according to user requirements and workpiece length.
4.The hydraulic system adopts the standard hydraulic system products of Sino-foreign joint ventures and is equipped with a fine filter to ensure long-term reliable operation of the solenoid valve.
