Surface galvanizing treatment:
Zinc electroplating can prevent rust and oxidation, cheap, thin coating, not suitable for wet and strong corrosion environment, suitable for dry and low corrosion environment such as grain, construction and other industries.
Pure epoxy resin powder spraying:
The pure epoxy resin powder is electrostatic sprayed with acid and alkali resistance, but the price is expensive and the temperature resistance is poor, so it is not suitable to be used in high temperature environment for a long time. After injection vibration, the coating is prone to aging and cracking. The edges and corners of the crack will wear out the cloth bag. It is not suitable for high temperature environment.
Solvent soakage
The organic silicon coating of the solvent class is soaked with the organic silicon coating of the solvent class, and the organic silicon layer is adhered by the soaking method, which is acid-resistant, alkali-resistant and temperature-resistant, but has poor adsorption, after a period of time, the surface coating is prone to cracking, peeling and other phenomena which affect the coating life, but also easy to wear bags affect the life of cloth bags.
