DCGF series 3 in1 unit combines rinsing, filling and capping with complete automation, suitable for non-carbonated drink.
Conveyor height is adjustable, and the whole process is set up with alarm device in case the bottle is jammed, lacking, missing and over loading.
With complete system highly automatic, mechanically sound, and very easy to operate, it meets the food hygiene standards with optional capacity from 2, 000b/h to 30, 000b/h.

12 months from shipment date. During one year we can provide parts for free due to bad quality, but human error is not included. From the second year, parts only collect cost price.

Installation and Commissioning: We can send engineer to help installation and debugging for the line in local of customer, also train the staff how to operate and maintenance the equipment.

The round tickets, boarding in local are done by the customer and US$50/person/day should be afforded by the customer.
