AK water filling and capping machine is mainly used for the filling operation, inclunding washing, filling, capping. This machine suits for PET bottles, plastic bottles. Each part of the machine can be freely adjusted according to the type of bottles and demands of constomers. This machine adopts advanced PLC control system. Bottles move through the machine by way of neck suspension and a wind feeding device. The output bottle chain adopts speed adjustable mode. It's normally used as mineral water, pure water filling equipment.

Frequency converter, MITSUBISHI made in Japan, PLC, HMI made in Taiwan, contactor, Shneider from Germany, photoelectric switch, Autonic from Korea. All parts contacting with material are made of high quality SUS304 stainless steel which meet with the national requirement, the compact components are made of 304HC stainless steel.
